Pros

The thick insulation keeps in both cold and hot. Keeps ice for an extended period of time with ease. Pays off the upfront price in ice savings quickly.

Very sturdy and durable cooler. Love the brand, it is a shame that rtic was sued and had to reinvent the cooler. No problems with the handle of the yeti.

Good for a couple days for just me. Very good product. Great cooler for the price.

Cons

Leaky drain plug. Heavy even without anything in it and the lid is hard to stay open while filling it. Seal was melted to the plastic.

This company happily takes your money and oops fails to deliver the product. Costs $40 to do a warranty return for a defective product. Then they refuse to honor the warranty despite it being two weeks old.

Not impressed at all with feedback or product. Was expecting much better. Needless to say huge mess.

Good quality cooler, holds ice for 7 days i find.

Keeps my drinks cold for long periods of time and withstands the beatings i put it through

From having a terrible finish (marred) to missing a foot thingy and a poor seal on the lid.

Of course when you torque it down to stop leaks, it's a pain to get loose to drain.

Price

Great cooler at a better price than some others i researched.

Great price and just as good or better than much higher priced ones.

I paid $119 directly from the rtic website.

00 coolers, but i had hoped for better for $125.

Shipping

They sent me a prepaid return label that same day.

In turn rtic customer service shipped me a new cooler shortly after receiving my email.

The first one that was shipped was pretty much a lemon.

Packaging/appearance

I doubt this would hold ice for 10 days tho unless thats all it was packed with was ice.

Competitiveness

I bought this for my son, and it likes it better than a yeti cooler of the same size.

This is a great cooler, works just like the more expensive brand.

This cooler is just as good as the yeti but at half the cost.

Just as good as the name brand cooler that is almost double the price.
