Pros

The bag is durable, well made, thick and colors are as advertised. Material is rugged & holds up to wear and tear. Only issue is with the strap.

Cons

Product looks good, but cheaply made where it counts. Very disappointing. Feel pretty cheated.

Rtic is out of 90 day warranty so rtic unwilling to exchange or refund. Contacted garcia deals (third party seller), no response.

This exact cooler is $27. Not worth 30 bucks. Should have went to walmart and bought basically the same thing without the name brand. Lasted 4 months.

I feel it's best to use quality ice packs (like yeti) in addition to ice cubes.

Def worth the $$ & is as good as if not better than other advertised products (that we won’t name 😜) that cost 3-4 times more!
