Pros

The 16oz mug keeps drinks very warm for a long time. It keeps my drinks cold all day and there's still ice end of the day.

The price is great and quality is excellent. Love the bright white also. Added bonus is the lilac color is lovely. Buy one. And get a friend or favorite coworker one as a gift.

Cons

This is a telltale sign that the vacuum seal has failed or never existed. It defeats the purpose to have a screw on lid that can’t be used without making a mess. The lid is also not flushed with the cup so my liquids spill.

I put coffee in this mug at 5:15am and by 7:30am the coffee is lukewarm at best. Rtic is a fabulous brand, and this would be a great mug - but the drink hole in the screw-on cap lines up with the handle.

The real clincher is since you have to screw it on tight, its almost impossible to get off. The opening for sipping your beverage is directly over the handle. This handle is not made for an adult with full-size paws.

The yeti cup that is similar has a better designed lid. Overall it is not worth the price because it fits in your cup holder.

The base is very large so it doesn't fit in lots of cup holders,well at least for the 10oz.

Not sure where i can buy a replacement as i don't see it on amazon's rtic store.

May not be worth the extra money as compared to the generic brands.
