Pros

The build quality is exceptional as well. It is extermely durable. The only downside is you have to be careful * the lid on as the rubber o-ring tends to bind up.

The jug keeps water cold for a long time, and the handle is sturdy. I live in ga and the summers get into the high 90s pretty frequently. This has been an unbelievable replacement for my 1g igloo that could not keep up.

Holds ice for 3-4 days with ambient temperature of 60-70 degrees. The ice is still inside for 2 days if he hasn't drank it all. The unit does almost as advertised.

Cons

The lid of my gallon bottle came broken. The biggest problem is the rather small spout to pour out of.
