It would have been 5 stars but the cap has to be screwed down very forcefully or it will leak a little and the paint was chipped and touched up

Somebody either manufacturer or retailer knew it was chipped because it was hidden under the advertising band that ran around the middle of the jug

I’ve had the competitor product which held ice as advertised but the rtic is only good for maybe an hour or two
