Pros

The new lid is matte red with a silver ring around the top. I prefer that finish to the polished one. Have owned a rtic for a good many years and misplaced it.

Rtic tumbler is great! The ice lasts for hours. It still fits in my car cup holder. My coffee stays hot, sometimes too hot!

Cons

The cup is still useable but come on. One fill of hot black tea stained the stainless steel interior.

Your coating is chipping off. Insulating properties are poor at best. The finish is cheap and is not a factory powder coat.

The lids you have to push a little hard on to here is click so that it's locked but the quality of the tumbler is amazing.

The quality is excellent, and it really does work as advertised - my coffee stays hot for several hours if necessary.

With the cost 1/3 of the price with the same results.

I have had the rtic 30oz for 2 months and would recommend it to anyone.

I like rtic products in general as they provide value for my money and give me the performance of they their much higher priced peers.
