Pros

Used it in a mechanic shop all summer long and to different outings in 110° heat. It's awesome because on the hot days you can just keep sipping until you start feeling colder. Retains temperature very well.

The artic jug is amazing! This gallon tumbler is great, with one design fault. My only complaint is the * lid opening of the jug. Looking for a replacement widemouth lid prompted me to write this review 4 yrs later.

Cons

The stainless steel * are not dishwasher safe. There is condensation on the outside of the bottle.

Lid, handle, and seal are all very poor quality. The small spout lid makes it difficult to close the lid.

Gallon size, not too heavy and durable so far.

Seems to be built great, and i’m sure it will last me my lifetime.

The lids are made of thick and durable plastic and only leak if you tighten it without making sure the gasket is in the right place.

This bottle has fallen off the pickup truck several times and though slightly scratched, the high falls have not even made a dent.

Excellent for the price my husband loves it and doesn’t spill

Very quickly i was taking to work because it keeps my water cold and refreshing all day.

I am a little disappointed i spent that much on this product for it to arrive dented, but i won’t hold it against the company!

It arrived with a small dent in it.

Competitiveness

Overall, another great product from rtic without having to take out a loan to pay for it.

This is almost one third the cost of the same sized yeti jug.

I doubt you'll find a better steel option for this price.
