Pros

This jug is much better than a yeti 1 gallon jug not to mention that yeti is way overpriced and yeti has issues with their lids leaking. Keep a gallon of water close to refill as needed.

Easy peasy. It doesn't condensate but is ice cold. Easy to clean with a large opening and rising lid in the dishwasher.

Cons

The rubber seal for the top often moves out of place which causes leakage. Lid constantly leaks or comes off the bottle while carrying. They really need to come out with a better lid design, it glugs awful whether pouring out of it into a container or... Read More

The cap itself is small and held on by a thin hard plastic arm that will absolutely brake with minor use. The metal handle makes a metal on metal scraping noise.

Great product for the price, keeps the ice from melting

Rtic half gallon water jug paired with jmoe replacement lid is a good value.

To me it's not a huge deal but that's the only part of this jug that could be improved.

Now if there's 1 thing i could change (to me it's not a huge deal but still).

Shipping

Very quickly i was taking to work because it keeps my water cold and refreshing all day.

I am a little disappointed i spent that much on this product for it to arrive dented, but i won’t hold it against the company!
