Pros

This is one of the most durable coolers i've owned. Includes a small tube of lubricant for this and it helps a strong seal. Replacement t-latch zipper pull is more heavy duty.

Cons

The warranty runs out after a year which is slightly time than the life of the cooler. The zipper is too stiff/tight and ended up ripping and coming off track. Very very very dissatisfied….

Works fine until the lid starts to delaminate. The glue holding the seam of the top of the cooler fails. The second cooler has a leak in the corner where the glue is coming off.

This cooler has inferior craftsmanship and is way too expensive. I really think the zipper should last more than 15 uses. Plan on tossing it out before hitting 5. Definitely not worth the premium price.

Their website lets you leave the review, and send you an email to confirm your email address, but then rtic took my review down. Do not buy. Save your money and buy a yeti.

The product lasted about 8 months using it once an every two weeks and the zipper broken.

Zipper broke after a month just outside the return window-update-customer support was super helpful and easy to work with!

But for the price i expected better.

Came in fast, package was perfectly boxed, product is amazing and perfect color

The insulation is so thick that it takes up at least an inch of the cooler leaving less room for packing.

I decided to open the box and check out the cooler.
