Pros

The rtic soft cooler insulated bag is my go-to cooler for any adventure, and it’s awesome. Keeps items cold and doesn’t leak. The leak-proof zipper ensures worry-free transport.

Cons

The cast pot metal that connects the zipper pull to the zipper is thin. Rtic refuses to respond to emails about a warranty and i now see many others have had the same issue.

Zipper is very difficult to use. It's almost impossible to zip and unzip the top. The glue holding the bottom to the sides has dis bonded.

With 2 large ice packs food is lukewarm in 12 hours. Zipper is far too tight even with lubricant. The insulation is very thick.

After 6 months the zipper pull tab broke and snapped off.

The product lasted about 8 months using it once an every two weeks and the zipper broken.
