Pros

The only thing that could possibly crush this cooler is a semi-truck. It is not rigid, but functional it is basically rigid.

Cons

After 6 months the zipper keeps jamming and will no longer work. The threads separate even if zipped and not overfilled. The front zipper pouch is very small and thin.

This cooler has inferior craftsmanship and is way too expensive. The glue holding the seam of the top of the cooler fails. The cooler then collapses and is no longer functional. We get minimum cooling prowess from the soft side.

Routinely jumps off the track with very minimal usage. Had a falling out with him and now we are locked out of the account. It's a shame because i’ve been a customer since the company started in 2015.

Kept all items cold and super durable

Its solid construction means i don’t have to worry about placing things on top of it and incurring crush damage.

Seems like a waste of resources not to be able to fix a perfectly good cooler.

Not a scientific test, but the freezer bag was thawed, and showed 49 degrees.

Price

Rtic has great value, especially for the price.

Add in a prime day deal, and it was a no brainer.

But for the price i expected better.
