Pros

Customer service was excellent, they shipped me a replacement t-latch zipper pull at no charge. The metal is about twice as thick as the original.

Cons

The glue holding the seam of the top of cooler fails. The cooler then collapses and is no longer functional. The zipper is extremely hard to zip and unzip.

Plan on tossing it out before hitting 5 years. Zipper become detached then top becomes unglued. The zipper is too stiff/tight and ended up ripping.

The texture of the cooler is great for easy cleaning and the handle is comfortable for carrying

After 6 months the zipper pull tab broke and snapped off.

Zipper broke after a month just outside the return window-update-customer support was super helpful and easy to work with!

Price

But for the price i expected better.

Packaging/appearance

Came in fast, package was perfectly boxed, product is amazing and perfect color

The insulation is so thick that it takes up at least an inch of the cooler leaving less room for packing.

I decided to open the box and check out the cooler.

Competitiveness

The ice packs we purchased separately, but the same brand.

Just as good if not better than a yeti.
