Pros

They are larger in diameter,. The straw fits the circle just right and let's the straw swing from side to side. No more chewing on the plastic.

Bought for my new 30oz rtic cup. Works perfectly with our rtic cups, makes it much nicer to drink out of. Easy to clean in the dishwasher and keeps water cold.

Durable, inexpensive, and comes with a cleaning brush. Even with the brush, it's still a little tricky to clean. Handle makes my rtic easy to carry! I like its sturdy structure and that it will be easy to clean with the provided brush.

Cons

Sold as new but pkg previously opened and stapled shut. Also outer plastic was sliced like using a box cutter or knife. There needs to be a slot at the bottom of the straw or make the lip irregular to allow liquids to flow freely.

Very reasonably priced, you get 4 stainless steel straws of decent gauge and heft, and a fairly nice pipe cleaner to clean them.

Competitiveness

These are the larger diameter straws, and i favor them much more than the thinner and cheaper straws i've come across.

Don't know how well they'll work with other brands.

I bought another cheaper pack on amazon but it turned out to be too thin, this is the perfect size.
