Pros

The lid fits well, better than competitive products. The only wear & tear that shows is a small dent where i dropped it months ago. I like that this is a lightweight product, but you cannot wash it in the dishwasher!

The spout part lifts back enough to drink out of it without a straw. Keeps drinks cold all day even with straw in instead of closing. I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to keep drinks cold.

It keeps my water cold til it is empty. It is well insulated.

Rtic always keeps my ice the longest! Holds ice as stated. If i have ice in it that lasts forever.

Cons

The cup is super cute, but poor insulation. Ice melts quickly. Definitely not a yeti. Will have to send it all back just for the lid.
