Pros

The ice lasts all day and then some, refill after refill. The only thing their competition has that is better than theirs is the lid. This mug is large enough to hold a substantial drink but still fit nicely in a cupholder.

The delivery was impressively fast, the product boasts exceptional quality, and the vendor’s communication was not only effective but also remarkably friendly. The cost is 1/3 the price of the stanley or yeti brands.

Cons

Lid breaks and leaks. Lid is really poorly made.

New tumbler is worthless. Apparently the warranty is out.

Good quality this is the second one that i bought and keeps it cold all day long

The magnetic lid on their competitors is so much better than theirs.

The only thing their competition has that is better than theirs is the lid.

We’ve purchased a few more tumblers through the years but nothing even comes close to the rtic.

This product works as well as it's competitors version.
