Pros

The rubbermaid linen closet shelf is well made and sturdy. The shelf is very durable and provided screws were good quality. It is as strong and sturdy shelf, but to me is a bit on the expensive side for what it is.

Cons

The nail heads are too small; they slip right through the holes. It seems that after 3 failed 2 others were pulled through the wall taking a plaster with them as the shelf fell. None of the caps for the metal rod pieces where in the package.

The instructions are terrible. Also the sticky bubble paper is nearly impossible to get off. If you so much as breathe it comes apart.
