Pros & Cons
Pros
The only thing i don't like is the locking latch. Nothing was damaged but top was not locked. The only complaint i have is that the box is too small.
This is the second truck it's been mounted in. The locking handles are easy to open/close and have a good positive click feel when locking. They are extremely durable and fairly waterproof (although they do not have a rubber seal).
Cons
The tote bag is kind of *. They claim it's indestructible.
Only came with one lid. The lid doesn't stay up, the walls are very thin, the latch feels like it's going to break off. The ad says it is lockable with a padlock, that is because it is not lockable as advertised.
Sort of disappointed in rubbermaid. Disappointing to say the least. If this the way they will arrive then it will be my last one.

The bottom is not made to provide any amount of anti-slipping.
The rubbermaid has a fully molded bottom with a lip at the top that the lid overlaps, and no assembly required.

It's not as pretty as some of the patio boxes online, but it stays dry inside.
Competitiveness
A 120qt igloo cooler would have been a slightly smaller and cheaper option, and would work just as well.
This is a great tote, but it's quite expensive compared to similar totes of the same size.

Would be nice if the handle originated from the bottom instead of the middle just to give more leverage for rolling it
