Don't be guilty of trying to save a couple of bucks, these are well worth the money. The combination of the two is ideal and it's what i recommend people purchase for their satisfaction. Amazing quality, superior to most other brands.

Tight fitting in the commercial kitchen world has a different connotation than it does in the home kitchen. The lids are pretty much interchangeable so i use the same lids for both my big bread containers and my smaller pizza proofers.

Cons

The product is not clumps of dirt, small pellets resembling rodent *. Beware there is a sticker in the bottom that says bpa not safe for all foods!

Their injection molding terminates at a corner of the top and thus leaving a big blog where the lid will not close. Did not receive a lid.
