Pros
It seals in the heat and keeps it warm/hot. It helps me keep customer's orders warm and avoid potential spillage/damage to my upholstery. Pre freezing a few ice packs or heat packs and adding them to the top, bottom and/or sides works fine.

All the deliverers ask where i got mine! I deliver food and this is amazing. Reminds me of the ones the pizza hut guys used to deliver with when i was a kid!
The cardboard also keeps different food orders separate in the bag. It fits 95% of the non-pizza orders that i get. It’s very convenient for me since i can just put the food inside and easily close the lid.
Cons
Advertised as a 20 pizza carrier, it is more like 20x15. Bought it way in advance for an event but missed the return window. Rubbermaid is unresponsive.

Overall the build quality of the bag is excellent for the money.
With the stress of the velcro, you get tearing on the front of the bag.
If you’ve been frustrated with the quality or the small space of the dd bags, i suggest that you give this one a try!
