The investment in this product has proven to be worthwhile for many users. However, some have noted that the design could be improved to make lifting and lowering the latching mechanism easier for first-time users.
Moving Ease
Customers have a generally positive opinion about the moving ease of the Rubbermaid Commercial Products Brute Construction and Landscape Dolly. They find it easy to move heavy pots and barrels, with some mentioning that it requires a bit of effort to get the pot onto the platform but is worth it for the ease of movement afterwards. The large wheels and tapered lip design are noted as helpful features.
Weight Capacity
Customers are overwhelmingly positive about the weight capacity of the Rubbermaid Commercial Products Brute Construction and Landscape Dolly, praising its heavy duty and robust design that can handle large pots and even small trees with ease. First time i used every plant got stuck falling into the hole.
Price
I can't even begin to describe how much this tool saved me in terms of effort and cost.
It was this or a $500-$1000 plant dolly i really didn't want to spend that kind of money on.
It is a little pricey but it doesn't exactly what i needed.
The big barrels are expensive but my time and effort are worth money to me.
Shipping
Came just in time to move my plants to greenhouse and inside for a unexpected freeze.
It arrived quickly, it was easy to assemble, and it is fantastic for moving heavy planters.
Arrived today and i used it a couple times as a test.
Packaging/appearance
Conclusion nice piece of equipment, crap packaging.
Competitiveness
The competition has flimsy bottom plates that simply don’t have the strength to lift much less hold up heavy pots.
I use brute and other brand trash cans to collect yard debris.
