The display is easy to read. It requires a lot of maneuvering to see the read out, doable, but it slows things down. I love too that it's from rubbermaid, a company we've trusted and been loyal to for years.

The scale itself is a heavy metal scale covered with black enamel coating. Great scale, allows us to add weight after zeroing it out. I like that it allows portability so easily.
