The walls of the bag are cushioned as well. The hand is pretty sturdy and i'm not too worried about the flap ripping. This pizza bag is very durable and easy to clean.

It's like sticky tape that it takes some finesse to get the bag open. It's mainly cosmetic, but it happens because of the strength of the velcro. My only gripe about this product is the cover is a little bit too tight.

This pizza box carrier def holds quite a bit! Way bigger than expected. Little bulky. It’s about the size of your passenger seat.

Cons

Advertised as a 20 pizza carrier, it is more like 20x15. Bought it way in advance for an event but missed the return window. Rubbermaid is unresponsive.
