Very high quality insulated bag. I like that it uses velcro instead of a zipper.
The food i delivery arrives piping hot. I usually just close it over and it's sufficient to retain the food temperature. Perfect for moving food from the kitchen to an outdoor event.

Did not keep food cold. Would not buy again.
