The packaging and listing have no indication that these shelves are different sizes. The drawers only extend about 2/3! It’s nearly impossible to get the brackets onto the verticals with the baskets attached. The shelf is useless without them.

The rubbermaid closet system is very unforgiving, and a nuisance to assemble. It's not nearly as well made as the slide out pants hanger. Both corners of the track metal are rusted.

It’s clear that they just want people buy it first and cought with buying another part. Very disappointing.

The manufacturer could do a better packaging to prevent parts damaging others, and amazon could do a better job in packaging.

So -1 star for the poor packaging.

The reason i took off im1 star is due to the poor packaging that amazon did.
