The only reason for the rating i ordered two of a particular hook the hosecooler etc hook and they sent me the standard two prong utility hook

Consrequires fasttrack rail system in order to use the rubbermaid fasttrack 2handle hook youll need to purchase the fasttrack rail system separately which can be an added expense

Limited weight capacity while the hook is durable it does have a weight capacity limit of 50 pounds so it may not be suitable for very heavy items
