Pros
The drawer slides are much better than the original version. I like it but the configurations has 12 deep shelving so this sticks out much farther and can be an issue in a shallower reach-in closet. The rubbermaid wire basket system works great!
They slide/glide in and out perfectly. A little pricey. Smoother and quiet. Great tool to get vertical support members properly spaced out.
The basket itself is great and huge - it holds a ton of clothes/socks/whatever. It glides in and out and holds a lot of stuff. Much cheaper and space saver solution and holds much more clothes than a expansive dresser! Clothclothe.
Cons
Bought 1 in white, came rusted over. Now i have to find another way to store items meant for this drawer. Very disappointing. The only conclusion i can come to is this is garbage engineering.

Its also quite wide so unless you have a closet thats at least 6 ft
