For my use after a few days i moved the fixed wheels to the handle end and the movable ones to the front of the cart

Where i use this there are tight corners in to doorways that can make the cart awkward to maneuver through and require me to lift the end without the rotating wheels to pivot the cart around a tight corner

This is really awkward to do trying to reach across the cart while you are halfway through a doorway

I switched the wheels so that the rotating wheel are on the front

My thought was he could load up all his car washing stuff permanently on the cart
