Pros

Great replacement for my tucker 1043 39 qt waste basket. Has some notches on the side which makes it sit just a bit higher, but those could be trimmed if you needed. Fits perfectly under the kitchen sink in the cabinet.

It's a shame that you can't buy all these sizes in stores. Exact fit to my need, good quality. Fits perfectly and does the job.

I seem to have this problem with all my waste baskets which results in paying almost double what i should because of shipping.

A little pricey, but i had trouble finding this size.
