Pros

If you are storing cereal or dog food, this is the product for you. Keeps them from spilling cereal everywhere and keeps it fresh for a long time. Love this product to keep my brown sugar, bulk oatmeal and confection sugar in.

Great top lid, secures very tightly. If it is knocked over there is no spill. The lid is easy to use and the fliptop is perfect.

Children and 3 grandchildren serve themselves without incident. The shape of this bin handles an empty snack (potato chip, corn chip etc) nice and snug. They also hold an entire costco bag of cereal.

Enough to hold a regular sized box of cereal. Fits perfectly in my cupboard rather than having differs sized boxes or bags stuffed all over. Finally, a large enough container for those big boxes of cereal.

Cons

Rubbermaid's cereal keeper is a flop. Food is spilled all over the floor and can't be returned. If you need efficient organization, these are suboptimal when not rectangular.
