Pros

The snap feels very secure but it's still easy to take off the lid without jostling the cake too much. It will accommodate several layers, frosted and decorated. Hooks securely and unhooks easily.

This is nothing fancy, but it's a good big size, perfectly sturdy. It's really sturdy and can hold taller cakes.

Cons

The seller wants to charge over $6 return shipping on a $13 item because they made no error on the order. I think this seller is hawking a very inconsistent product.

There are no locks - the lid simply snaps on and off. Taking the lid off is a clumsy maneuver that always seems to smudge frosting onto the side of the lid. The lid and base are improperly sized and do not snap closed.

This item is not airtight. Doesn't even come close to sealing. This cake carrier should not be trusted to stay closed.
