Broke cap and they sent me another within a day

Well one other person commented that they found a stray piece of plastic when they unscrewed the spout and removed it and that fixed the leak completely

So before i even used mine i unscrewed the spout and sure enough there was a piece of stray plastic that was sitting between the soft washer and the nut

I removed it and rinsed out the entire unit because there were all sorts of little tiny plastic shavingsfragments you wouldnt want in your water
