I did have to return my settings for my filaments but after the tuning for this particular nozzle it’s been rock solid.

And now that i think of it i should take a look at the nozzle i have in there it really hasnt been behaving lately

Ive use the hardened steel ones in the past but found them to not work so well maybe the thermal conductivity or just the material itself

Ive got some spools of luminouscarbon fiberand im not sure but this may help with polycarbonate also
