Pros

Petmate cat carriers are roomy enough for any of their large cats. The crate is also pretty light weights, but feels sturdy. It’s a great crate and very sturdy.

It's easy to assemble. I like the thumbscrew connections, they are real screws, and they give spares.

The door locks with a little latch. The latch is husband proof. It also prevented her from bolting when doors were opened.

Cons

This is very flimsy. Flimsy plastic kennel. My two biggest complaints are how * poor it was packaged and for the money i spent it shouldn't be broken.

The handle popped out the very first time i lifted it with my cats in it. Couldn’t even contain 9lb cat….

I did my research before buying, and i agree for the price it’s a great plastic crate.

I got this one for under $30, and is plenty sturdy for most dogs.

Mark up on kennels is outrageous - and i'm not paying $70 for a plastic pet cage.

Anyways, it was really hard to find a carrier 24 or 26 inches at a good price not well over $50.

They responded quickly and sent out additional parts without many questions asked.

Quick delivery and was easy to assemble.

However, it arrived with bolts and caps missing so i had to contact customer service.

We need this kennel to transport our dog to portugal.

Packaging/appearance

The box itself is weel built, easy to assemble and perfect size for what i need it.

The pickup driver told me he could not take it ‘like this’, (since the box was smashed).

Received the first kennel with cracked plastic, the second one the same.
