Pros
Great quality. Wasn't too opaque or too sheer, just right to conceal everything underneath the bed.
Very soft and wrinkle free out of packaging. Wrinkly, but came right out with a steamer.
I love the split sides as the bed has a footboard and headboard. I have a full size bed with an extra firm mattress which by itself is 14” deep. The fabric is nice and it’s just the right length.
Cons
This bedskirt is not 100% pure egyptian cotton -- it's 100% polyester. Like dirty armpits. The skirt was wrinkled and shoved into the bag.
Very disappointed for the hassle of returning. Wasting my time.

Not having help to lift the mattress to put on a regular bed skirt i tried the type that fits around with elastic

It was really too short and the elastic had stretched so it didn’t hang right
