Id definitely recommend this to anyone

I plan to try using it for mountain biking for a nearby trail which doesnt require a full blown hydration back pack

Very stable while running and great adjustability you can tighten the belt and it wont start to saag

That makes it a little cumbersome but i love that i can have a full bottle of water with me when im busy and getting to a water fountain is scarce
