The smooth surfaces makes it easy to clean. Overall a solid 10/10 for value. Would recommend. Amazon. Co.
You can't go wrong with russel hobbs, it's ideal if you dont need a larger cooker. It's nice and easy to clean and cooks well and heats up nice.
My only gripe is that it can be hot without a visible sign, so you need to be careful after you have finished using it. It's not as powerful as our old gas hob or the fitted induction hob we now have, but it is plenty hot enough for frying and boiling... Read More
Compact hob that's not to be sniffed at. It's small but i can comfortably use both hobs at the same time. Works well as a simple back-up hob.
Cons
First hob defective after 9 months. No markings on the dials to help you understand how high the heat is. Quality of the knobs is a bit disappointed. Can't get hold of anyone to replace this faulty product. Wil not be buying any more russell hobs appl... Read More

This is a good product, fast heating, easy to clean
It's pretty well made, with a good weight and a pleasing retro feel to it.
Our gas job/cooker broke and i had the bright idea to replace it with an electrical one.
Used this daily for 3 months, during renovations - boiled eggs, potatoes, cooked pasta, stir-fried, made curry, fried pork chops.
Price
For the money it's rediculously good value and from a famous brand as well.
Can’t fault, great brand at a great price.
The price is also exceptional at under 40 pounds.
It's also reasonably priced too, in my opinion.

The instructions tell you that the first time you use it these will burn off

Be warned they do create a small amount smoke when doing this which can be a bit alarming
