It’s a good toaster but i find the heating elements or the thermostat a bit inconsistent without adjusting the setting the toast may come out pale or well done or even over done that’s not necessarily a complaint because i do like my toast with a bit of carbon on it o

Although it is a reasonable toaster the dial for timing is difficult to see hence bit hit and miss with different breads
