Russell hobbs need to do more to make spare parts available and to offer a decent aftercare service. Temp control is really easy to turn, unfortunately everytime you put your hand on the handle you catch the temp dial and it moves.
It doesn't take out creases easily. The powershot is a joke i could create more wind (steam) after eating a plate of brussels sprouts. The squirt water button is just under my thumb.
The cable is plenty long enough but when storing the iron away, when the cable is wound around the base, there is no flare to keep it in place so it just falls off. It is definitely a design flaw as this should be made of a material that doesn’t rust.... Read More

It made ironing easier for me with its hot water function and the quality is amazing been using it for 3 years.
Good powerful iron, steam setting works really well.
The cord twists into knots and it is not possible to wind it onto the foot of the iron so it is really difficult to store.
Good durable iron, just a little on the heavy side.
Price
The ones which scored higher were all "reservoir steam iron" and cost more than twice this one, so it is very good value.
There are many mixed reviews, but i think it's worth the money.

It is quite a heavy iron so you should perhaps check it is correct for you by handling it in a store before buying

She does also like this iron for the results it gives with limited effort but she did mention it is significantly heavier than the one it replaced but did also say it gave better results
