The hot plate of the machine switches itself off after around 40 mins this is to comply with eu regulations and you can no longer purchase machine that stay on all day long

No coffee machine is that small but this is quite big and with the buttons on the side it really needs to be placed the way you can see it in the picture

The waterfilling side has a rather odd threedivot bowlingballstyle arrangement to get the lid off but the divots aren’t deep enough to get much grip on it so it feels really awkward
