The quality is top-notch, exceeding my expectations. Well made, not heavy, so good news for a pensioner like me.

Slightly sooner than expected, although still took its time. Delivered promptly. Kettle works as specified.

Boils quickly & so easy to pour from, even when full. Lid opens easily and stays shut while pouring.

Earth leakage fault within kettle keeps tripping out the circuit rcd on home fuse panel. Not working and tripping the electric circuit.

Top opening is small and the lid does not come off, unlike some kettles. The filter that attaches to the spout is so flimsy that it falls off. The spout needs redesigning, it dribbles all over the place if pouring more than a couple of cups of water!
