Exact replacement of our old iron, very happy with it, lasted years sole plate gave out on old one.
Great item works well best iron i used so far
Had it 3 weeks, dropped it and the whole top shattered into peices.
Sole plate isn't all that smooth but the steam action was very effective.

The iron did not look like it was factory packed and in fact there were some red marks on the base so i suspect it was a return.

My iron broke i had paid a lot of money for it and it did not last very long so i thought i would give this iron a go although it was much cheaper than i would have paid normally
