I don’t know why almost all modern toasters make such unappealing toast but this one is as good as you will find and unlike the very expensive toasters outthere it won’t leave you in tears in a few years if an element fails

Sometimes it does toast one side slightly more than the other so i can’t give it 5 stars but all more expensive toasters do the same so why pay more for the same or worse results

It does feel tinnier and more cheaply made compared to its predecessor

Id registered the guarantee so hopefully the manufacturer would come up trumps and sort it out

Amazon seem to be dodging consumer rights by not allowing a return within 6 months its down to the retailer not manufacturer to prove the item wasnt inherently faulty
