Pros
Russel hobs is one of my go to brands and this coffee machine does not disappoint. Quick delivery no issues with quality.
Cons
The blue leds were unexpected, they're blindingly bright, gawdy and don't fit the otherwise sleek design. The crumb tray is frightfully long. Burns toast on low/med settings.

Burns edges and the toast level buttons are not very functional.
Dislike the defrost function which when pressed doesn’t appear to release the bread
It’s not big and chunky compared to other ones i’ve seen being used by friends and family which is one amazing!

Bought this long slice toaster to fit scottish batch or plain bread too large for a normal toaster always have to turn them around to cook the length of the bread but unfortunately this one only fits 1 slice at a time unless you put a second one on its end turn it halfway through the cooking time still ok though for normal bread browning adjustable to suit quite expensive for a toaster although the long slice toasters all seem to be more expensive hopefully it will last a few years
