The plastic foot at the back of the device cracked over a few uses. The quality of plastics used in the outer casing are poor. Also very badly made.

My assumption is that this was due to the heating and cooling. The gap between the heating element and a plate results in a long heating-up time.

Worth the price as it comes with 3 sets of plates, much more than just a sandwich toaster.

Worth spending a little bit of extra money on.

Wasn't happy that came unpackaged not in brown paper was obvious what itbox wasn't taped and was slightly openother than that seems ok

Seems to be a lot better than the breville it replaced.

This is replacement for an old philips grill.

Would recommend this item, hope it lasts as long as the philips!
