I am not happy that i have to stand it on pieces of cardboard to keep it level aaa great cooker i liked it excellent item easy to operate easy to understand manualalso looks great we had bought one for home at half price from a supermarket and found it to be very useful

Arrived prompt the turntable wheel and glass were damaged but a quick call and they were replaced no problem works fine my 2nd one from russel hobs will be my last as the manufacturers have a rubbish parts department that is my opinion got what i paid for at right price looking at the front on the left hand side under neath the bottom is dented up there for the feet are bent up
