I have had a russell hobbs steamer before and do find they work well but unfortunately returning this one

It wasnt as picture it shows it having clear plastic baskets but they are not and the one i have sits all baskets on when collapse for space saving this one doesnt

The containers should be stack in the correct order

If you ignore this then the containers will fall into one another and you wont get a good seal which leads to longer steaming times
