The kettle comes with a removable tea infuser basket. This is removeable, but it allows you to make specialty teas directly with the kettle.

Cons
I am total disappointed, this kettle is for everything just not for your health. No response from the makers of this kettle. Absolutely rubbish. Manual states it should be descaled at least monthly.
After a couple of weeks the led display packed up. Also, the other faults (which i note that many others reported) were not acceptable.
This is mainly when you are boiling a cup of water and pouring down to the last dregs. The lid feels cheap plastic which is not a probpem.
