Pros

This coffee maker looks great and makes coffee in 4 minutes! It is narrow, so doesn't take a lot of room on the counter. It sounds like the typical finishing sound from start to finish.

The coffee is brewed quickly. This is very handy, as it temporarily blocks brewing coffee from dispensing into the carafe. Manual suggest to run a water/vinegar brew.

The coffee warmer has a timer, which i love. My only complaint is that it turns off after 40 minutes so i have to microwave my last cup.

Cons

Water tank is covered by a thin piece of plastic that just sits on the top. The little nozzle is off and explodes coffee everywhere. Water reservoir is not removable like my previous coffee maker (disappointed), but upset that the carafe broke the fir... Read More

Brand's website says it won't take back anything once you've opened the box. Didn't last but 3 months. Very dangerous.

The keep warm timer is 40 minutes, and it is not adjustable at all. The maker turns off automatically after 45 minutes. This pot turns the warming burner off after 40 minutes.
