The device is incredibly simple to use as it basically only has three primary functions; to boil water (and then keep the pot warm on an inductive surface), to set a timer and to set the clock. Press the min button to restart the coffee maker.

I am unable to return the machine to amazon as faulty because the support is via russell hobbs. The after care service is non existent and i would not buy a product like this through amazon again. Sending straight back and looking for something ese.

The filter is a weird design with fins down the inside - this is ideal for coffee grounds to slip down to clog the valve that should stop the coffee when you pull out the jug. Hot coffee then spills out everywhere.
