Pros

The controls are simple. There's the beater ejector, and then an on/off button. The eject button works nicely also. This fits nicely in a cabinet or drawer.

This mixer works fantastic! I have a stand mixer but i often just need to mix something in a small bowl like a batch of scrambled eggs, marinade or some salad dressing and this is perfect for that.

At 275 watts, the mixer has enough power for jobs suitable to its size. It seems to have a lot of power and mixes better than my old hand mixer.

It is a little pricey, but certainly not out of reasonable pricing for a blender of this quality. It's a little larger and quite a bit heavier than my old mixer, but that's not a problem, even helps with thicker doughs.

Cons

Very weak and cheaply made mixer. It's clunky, heavy and very difficult to use. It smells like burning plastic during light use.

Price

All i can do is sigh, enjoy the mixer, and buy 3 more for my kids for presents--as long as the price stays low.

Packaging/appearance

The mixer itself is attractive but since i don't leave it out on the counter this isn't a big deal for me.

Competitiveness

It is a great mixer would have been better if still made in the usa
